As we all know, not only teenagers suffer from troubled skin. I am 62 years old and have been dealing with cystic rosasea for the past 22 years. After my derm's prescription treatments began making my skin worse, I set out to form my own skin regimen. Caudalie's Vinopure Pore Purifying Gel Cleanser is a salicylic acid-based formula that removes residual makeup without stripping my skin. This cleanser's salicylic acid is derived from wintergreen, so it has a very refreshing scent - I can feel it thoroughly cleansing my sensitive skin, removing oil, bacteria, and dead skin cells from my pores. I use this in the shower every morning - it leaves my skin feeling fresh and calm, never red or irritated. This cleanser is an essential in my skin regimen - I have used very expensive cleansers with disappointing results. Caudalie has made a great product at an accessible price point. Definitely 5 stars!
