The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because it can sometimes cause my mascara to run. I have another eye cream that does the same thing. so, I alternate nights using them and, during the day, use Revision. The Neostrata is easy to apply, feels nice on my skin, and does a good job of lessening the look of bags! I'll keep buying it.

I have used this eye cream for 3 years and it helps de-puff and smooth fine lines. I ordered it again 4 months ago and it has been causing irritation around my eyes. I have used it only 3 times and each time woke up with redness and pain around my eyes which took a week to settle down. Maybe it was a bad batch/change in formula. Disappointing.
